Children's Ministry

At First Baptist Church, children 5th grade and younger experience Jesus on their level. FBC Kidz is a safe, age-appropriate environment where kids have their Bible lesson, and small group time.  Our Kidz Ministry includes Sunday Morning Bible Study, Wednesday Children's Choir, RA’s, GA’s, and Mission Friends, regular fellowships, swim parties, VBS, Kidz Kamp and much, much more.

Youth Ministry

Students 6th-12th grade have energy and a thirst for knowledge!  We are equal to the task. At First Baptist, our youth ministry is geared for students to have fun, be around other great students, and to learn more about becoming more like Jesus Christ in our daily walk. Our Youth Ministry includes Sunday Morning Bible Study, Wednesday Night Bible Study, regular fellowships, game nights, swim parties, Mission Trips, Youth Camp and much, much more.

Missions

Missions is our heartbeat. You will find multiple opportunities to be involved in our mission outreach. Whether with Food Pantry; Widow Support Group; Men's Ministry; Disaster Relief efforts; mission organizations; Jr. High local missions; World Changers; or Brazil mission involvement, to mention a few.  Come be a part of God's local, state, national or international missions.

Bible Study

Sunday mornings from 9:00-10:15 am we offer Bible Study groups for all ages.  On Wednesday evenings, we offer an Adult Bible Study at 6:30pm in the Sanctuary.  Come join us!

Women's Ministry

Women's Ministry is a group of ladies who meet together and have open discussion about Jesus and the Word. We would love it if you would come and visit with us. Our church hosts Women's Bible Study Fellowship Wednesday mornings staring at 9:30 am

Men's Ministry

Men's Ministry is a chance for a group of Godly men to come together and have a chance to join in fellowship with one another. The Men's Ministry meets every Thursday morning for breakfast at Texas Grill at 7:00am. We look forward to having you with us!

We are an Acts 1:8 church. Jesus says, "You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Our Outreach opportunities include: Bastrop; Texas; America and around the world.
